Sabare has two strategically located state of the art manufacturing plants, one in Atlanta and one in Phoenix. This helps in reducing your transportation cost. We specialize in blow filling and carding operations.
Blow fill Production
- Largest manufacturer of Chair pads, Decorative Pillows, Floor Cushions, Back rest, Pet beds in the US.
- State of Art machinery comprising of a two stage opening of Bale/ Fine Opener combination opening the cluster of fiber to the individual fiber stage without rupturing the intrinsic physical characteristics of the fiber. The fiber is thus stuffed in to the shells with maximum air pockets for the same amount of filling and ensuring consistency.
- Operates on 16 nozzles with a Capacity of 1 Million units/month for an average filling of 1.2 Pounds of fiber.
Carding Production
- Incorporates unique Garneting technology which differentiates our products from others. Completely CNC controlled variable speed multi point opening system delivers nothing below the best of quality products in Bed Pillow and Body Pillows.
- Uses a double web concept where a two thin layer of fiber is further formed that is webbed together forming a cross web that gives a fabulous loft for the same weight of the fiber.
- Selection of fiber are done with Perfect Blend of Unique combination of fiber specially chosen for delivering specific properties in finished goods such as loftiness, weight, rebounding etc.
- We run 6 machines in Atlanta, each with two delivery points having an output of 12 pillows every 8 seconds and 2 machines in Phoenix with a throughput of 4 pillows every 8 seconds.
We have a capacity of over 1 Million Body Pillow units per month on an average of 2.4 pounds of fiber fill
